Dr. Taib Rawi completed his geriatric medicine fellowship at UCLA in 2011 and has served patients in a wide variety of clinical environments. In addition to his role as Chief Medical Officer at Welby Health, Dr. Rawi also teaches at UCSD as an associate clinical professor with the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.
His compassionate, personalized approach to geriatric care has led him to explore the benefits of home-based healthcare. Chronic care management is particularly important for the senior population that he serves, and he is passionate about increasing access to high-quality telehealth tools.
