Do I need to change my doctor?
No.
How is the service paid for?
The WelbyCare program is typically a covered benefit under your health insurance. Depending on your coverage, you may have zero out of pocket costs, or you may have a small copayment.
Why do you need my insurance information?
We will check with your insurance carrier to see how much of our services are covered under your benefit plan to minimize and costs for you.
What type of insurance is covered?
Our services are covered by most insurance plans under your physician benefits. We can always check with your current carrier to give you an accurate idea of your coverage.
What if I don't have insurance?
We do have cash pay plans that we can offer if you do not have insurance or of your carrier does not include our services in their benefit plans.
